My 100% cotton
homespun valances feature a
3" tea-stained heavy weight muslin strip that has been
hand-painted with one of my original designs.
My
muslin valances are made with heavy-weight natural muslin
that I hand-paint with one of my original designs.
They measure approximately 14" below the rod
(11" below the rod for door valance)
and have a 1 3/4" ruffle above the rod, with a 1 1/2" rod pocket.
SPECIAL NOTE~~~It
is always a good idea to order all of the curtains in a particular
design you might need at one time. Although I keep a sample of your
fabric for future reference...I may not always be able to match it
perfectly if I have to use fabric from a different bolt. If you are
ordering a single valance to make sure that it will match your
home's decor...but will probably need more...please let me know so
that I can reserve enough fabric for your entire purchase.
These charming little apples have a tiny little button
attached with crochet cotton
and the design has been
spattered for that wonderful primitive look.
