This charming valance is made from homespun fabric accented with
a
3" strip of heavy weight tea-stained muslin
which features my hand-painted "Roosters 'n Stars"
design.
It measures 14" below the rod and has a 1 3/4" ruffle above the
rod, with a 1 1/2" rod pocket.
This valance will look nicely ruffled in window openings 30" -
36" wide.
I have painted handsome black and white roosters
mixed with mustard stars that are embellished with buttons.
I then spattered the design for that wonderful primitive
look.
This adorable valance will welcome family and friends to your
