Swags
come as a set of 2 panels...
for instance a 60"W swag set will consist of 2 - 30"W
panels.
Swags
can be used with a valance between them for windows that
are more than 36" wide.
This creates a very
charming look.
(minus the pile of bricks in my back
yard!)

The length is measured from the top of the rod pocket.
I
recommend a swag set that is 1.75 to 2 times as wide as
your window opening.
This will give a nicely ruffled look with the hand
painted design easily visible.
